epoxy coated steel mineral vessels. Salt for regenerating the WK100
polystyrene softening resin is supplied by an Accumatic brine system. The
tank internal distributors are multipoint ABS distributors and schedule 80
PVC pipe.

HF softeners feature the Taskmaster™ - 2” OR 2½” valve side mounted on 20x54
to 72x72 epoxy coated steel mineral vessels. Using the superflow
configuration, these systems can accommodate inlet and outlet piping up to
6”. Salt for regenerating the WK100 polystyrene softening resin is supplied
by an Accumatic brine system. The tank internal distributors are multipoint
ABS distributors and schedule 80 PVC pipe. Hub and lateral distributors are
used on systems 48” in diameter and larger.

VN 150 to 3000 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, & 3 softeners have 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2 or 3 inch inlet and outlet piping with tanks from 20 to 72 inches in diameter. Six diaphragm valves opened and closed by a rotary pilot valve (stager) automatically accomplish the five cycle of softening. This nest of valves or valve nest (VN) is mounted on the face piping of 20 to 72 inch diameter epoxy coated steel mineral vessels. Internals are two and four point slotted distributors with single or four point upper distributors of schedule 80 PVC.

VN 900 to 3000 4 & 6 F softeners have 4 or 6 inch inlet and outlet piping with tanks
from 42 to 72 inches in diameter. Six diaphragm valves opened and closed by a
rotary pilot valve (stager) automatically accomplish the five cycle of
softening. This nest of valves or valve nest (VN) is mounted on the face
piping of 45 to 72 inch diameter epoxy coated steel mineral vessels. Hub and
lateral internals are used on tanks 48” in diameter and larger.

BF RESIDENTIAL systems feature the Performa
plastic (¾” or 1”) valve top mounted on 10 to 14 inch diameter polyglass
mineral tanks. The performa uses the 742 Logix controller which can operate in
a variety of timing modes. Salt for regenerating the WK100 polystyrene
softening resin is supplied by an Accumatic brine system.
