RF Skid Standard
Features
Skid is carbon
steel with blue epoxy coating. Rectangular skid has slots for forklift.
Mineral tanks are secured to supports with stainless steel straps. Inlet
and outlet piping is Schedule 40 Galvanized Steel. Drain lines are
Schedule 80 PVC. Isolation valves are provided for each vessel and
system bypass valve is included. Flow meters are installed on skid with
sufficient straight pipe runs to meet manufacturers recommendations.
Piping is secured with Unistrut clamps. Piping is hydro-tested for 1
hour at 100 psi. All wiring is installed on the skid in non-metallic
flex conduit with disconnect. An electrical function test of control
system is performed prior to shipment. Electronic regeneration
controller is programmed prior to shipment. The brine tank and brine
lines mounted on and installed on the skid. Connections required are
inlet and outlet piping, drain, and electrical power.
